Margaret River Readers and Writers Festival
Staged over the long May weekend (29-31) the Margaret River Readers and Writers Festival provides a platform for some of the best up and coming and established authors in the country, as well as showcasing the vibrant natural beauty of autumn in Margaret River. Now in its seventh year, the festival just keeps getting bigger and better and organisers have already confirmed a packed line-up of award winning writers and comedians for next year’s event. Sundowner Sessions
Discover the region’s blossoming live music scene at this annual series of live music concerts at Pioneer Park, Cowaramup, not far from our Margaret River Winery Accommodation. Pack a picnic, set out a blanket on the lawn and enjoy the very best acoustic, jazz and blues artists from the local area in a stunning outdoor location. The event takes place every Sunday in February and is completely free to attend.
Shakespeare in the Vines
Each year Voyager Estate, just a short drive from Beachside Prevelly Villas Pet Friendly Accommodation Margaret River, stages a very special evening of Elizabethan drama, fine wine and gourmet food in the manicured lawns of its expansive wine estate. This 9th January, you can sip a glass of wine or sparkling grape juice on a balmy summers evening while enjoying a performance of Hamlet by the Essential Theatre Group.
