Prevelly Villas is located in the small coastal village, Prevelly Park, situated 10kms west of the town on the coast, and adjacent to the mouth of the Margaret River.

Prevelly Park is home to world-class surfing breaks and has the closest swimming and dog beaches for the Margaret River township. It has a general store (DVD hire & liquor), cafe and boat access.  Prevelly Park has all the charm of smaller towns along the coast. Most homes are tucked into the base of the sand dunes and hidden by bushes and trees.  Newer developments and stylish houses blend tastefully into the landscape with the ever-present ocean to the west and the lush green Leeuwin ridge to the east.
