Prevelly Park is home to world-class surfing breaks and has the closest swimming and dog beaches for the Margaret River township. It has a general store (video hire & liquor), cafe and boat access. Prevelly Park has all the charm of smaller towns along the coast. Most homes are tucked into the base of the sand dunes and hidden by bushes and trees. Newer developments and stylish houses blend tastefully into the landscape with the ever-present ocean to the west and the lush green Leeuwin ridge to the east. From Prevelly Park, you are
central to all
the regions wonderful attractions, such as wineries, galleries, shops,
national parks, cycle and walking trails, caves and much more.

DIRECTIONS FROM MARGARET RIVER TOWN GPS co-ordinates: 2 VATTOS WAY PREVELLY PARK (Double and Single Story Houses) *Please note: Map is NOT to scale. Click on map for printable directions.
Directions from Perth: Driving south on the Bussell Highway in to the Margaret River town centre, turn RIGHT into Wallcliffe Road at the top of the main street (the High School is on the corner). This road will take you west towards the coast and directly to Prevelly Park - 8kms. After approximately 4kms you will reach Caves Road (this is an unusual dog-leg in the road). Proceed across the intersection and continue west on Wallcliffe Rd (you will see the cemetery on your left). After another 3kms you will come to a lookout and pedestrian crossing, and will see the coastline ahead. Turn RIGHT into Surfers Point Road, which heads towards the beach. After 300m, turn LEFT into Mitchell Drive and drive down the hill. Almost immediately you will see a cafe and shop on your left.......... Location 1 - Double and Single Level Houses
