CONFIRMING A BOOKING

Thank you for your enquiry into staying at Prevelly Villas.

Prior to confirming any booking we just need you to please read carefully and agree to our BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY below:

1.  Mastercard or Visa card details are required for a security bond.

2.  Full payment will be collected after arrival-cheque,cash or credit card(+2.5%)are all accepted.

3.  PEAK bookings will require a 50% deposit and full payment 30 days before arrival date. (Peak times are Xmas/Jan holidays,Easter,Leeuwin Concert and all long weekend public holidays).

4.  CANCELLATIONS
Non-peak bookings require 7 days notice of cancellation.Within 7 days will charged two full nights tariff, from the credit card ,if the house remains vacant. Peak bookings require full payment 30 days before arrival date,by direct deposit,or cheque. Cancelled peak bookings will be refunded as the house is re-booked,partially or fully.

5.  The number of guests in the house must not exceed the number stated on the booking.The maximum number is six people, unless otherwise arranged with owners.

6.  Guests are expected to take due care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy state at the end of the holiday.Excessive cleaning will incur a $50 cleaning fee ,deducted from the credit card.
